What can I download for free?
Each verified account includes 3 standard-resolution exports in total. An export counts when it starts, even if rendering or the browser download fails; retrying uses another free export. This is a lifetime allowance, not a monthly reset. High-resolution PNGs, print-ready PDFs, and commercial exports require a paid plan or a single-map credit.
What does the $12 single-map credit include?
One credit unlocks one saved map design for high-resolution, print-ready export. You can download its 300-DPI PNG and print-ready PDF. The credit is tied to that design; a different map needs another credit or a subscription. This is a digital download, not a physical print.
How does annual billing work?
Creator is $182.40 per year, equivalent to $15.20 per month. Studio is $374.40 per year, equivalent to $31.20 per month. The full year is paid upfront, saving 20% compared with 12 monthly payments. Annual subscriptions renew yearly until canceled.
Can I use my beta discount on an annual plan?
Your personal beta offer gives you 50% off the first 12 months of monthly Creator or Studio billing. It is tied to your beta account and cannot be transferred or combined with annual savings. Choose Monthly and enter your personal code at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Open your account billing portal to cancel renewal. Your subscription remains available until the end of the paid billing period. To change plans or billing frequency, contact us so we can help with the switch.
